What is the average age?

The average age of our participants is over 30, creating a mature, grounded, and aligned group dynamic.

How do I get to Mount Shasta?

Domestic travelers can fly into Redding, Medford, or Sacramento and then drive to Mount Shasta, while international travelers typically arrive through major hubs such as San Francisco or Los Angeles before connecting to a regional airport or renting a car for the scenic drive north.

Do I need medical insurance?

Medical insurance is required for all participants to ensure safety and proper coverage during the retreat.

What time does the retreat start and end?

Check‑in begins at 4:00 PM on the first day of the retreat, and check‑out is at 10:00 AM on the final day.

Is alcohol allowed?

Alcohol and all other substances are not permitted during the retreat in order to maintain a clear, grounded, and energetically aligned environment.

What is your cancellation policy?

All payments—including deposits and any additional installments—are non‑refundable; however, for cancellations made 60–30 days prior to the retreat, your remaining balance (excluding the deposit) may be applied toward a future retreat with us. Retreat logistics require advance allocation of funds.
