Full Description
Three Sessions
We will meet for 60 to 90 minutes for each remote session which will require headphones and a quiet environment to lie down free from distractions. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and to surrender to the experience as you flow with the instructions provided by us, The Quantum Light
Daily Practices
The program includes daily practices for improved effectiveness after each session. As the session concludes, we will deliver guidelines to follow through email, paired with any essential recommendations.
